Fruit Pancake with Bird's Nest

Ingredients

Flour..........................1 1/2 cups
Sugar........................................3 1/2 teaspoons
Baking powder.............................1 teaspoon
eggs............................2
water / milk ....................................1 1/2 cup
salt
vanilla extract....................................1/2 teaspoon
butter....................................2 tablespoons
Bonback Bird's Nest...............................1 tablespoon
Fresh Fruit / Jam as need

Method

Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Mix eggs milk / water butter and vanilla, whisk together.
Pour batter 1/3 cup in nonstick pan over medium heat, cook until small bubbles form, flip and cook until golden brown.
Topping with fruits, jam and bonback bird's nest.
