Bird's Nest Jelly

Ingredients

Instant jelly powder (flavor as need)..........................1
Milk........................................................................1 cup
Bonback bird's nest..................................................3 tablespoons
freshly squeezed lime jiuce.......................................2 teaspoons
water......................................................................1 cup

Method

Combine jelly powder with water, stir well. Add the lime juice milk and Bonback bird's nest.
Whisk together until all ingredients combined, tested. Pour into the moulds, refrigerate jelly until firm.
Place in the plate, topping with bonback bird's nest.
